JF type mechanical chuck

RF/DF type mechanical chuck
The RF/DF type mechanical chuck is equipped with three wide slide plates on the body. The cam structure presses the slide plates against each other, and the protruding slide plates secure the workpiece. Features: - Non-axial design reduces the time for winding and unwinding operations; - Because the chucking is surface contact, it guarantees a reliable grip with the same thrust; additionally, the use of slide plates makes it less likely for the workpiece to be damaged; - The surface of the slide plates has bumps, which enhances the chucking; - The cam structure provides gripping force through its own weight; - No lubrication is required, and it features low friction; - The main shaft is made of alloy steel, expanding the load range.
